NRC'S SAFETY RESEARCH REVIEW COMMITTEE TO MEET JUNE 27-28 The Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Safety Research Review Committee will meet June 27-28 in Rockville, Maryland.
The meeting, which is open to the public, will be held from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. both days, in Room 1F7/9 of the NRC One White Flint North Building at 11555 Rockville Pike.
The Committee advises the director of the Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research on overall management issues in the NRC's program of nuclear safety research.
Discussion topics at its upcoming meeting will include the reports and recommendations of the Subcommittees on Research in Support of Risk-Based Regulation (PRA), Instrumentation and Control and Human Factors, and Accident Analysis.
The Committee also will discuss matters covered in an earlier briefing of the Commission.
