No: 13-081 September 17, 2013 CONTACT: Ivonne Couret, 301-415-8200 NRC Issues New Edition of Information Digest The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued its 2013-2014 edition of the Information Digest. The Digest, available in three formats, provides a compilation of NRC-related and nuclear-related data, intended to serve as a quick reference to major facts about the agency and the industry it regulates, in an easy-to-use format.
This edition, NUREG-1350, Volume 25, incorporates infographics to help provide a visual representation of information and statistics. The Digest provides the NRC Facts at a Glance, a handy tear-out reference sheet that has quick facts and short answers to commonly asked questions. All the NRC graphics and data sets are also available online.
Available online, the electronic version of the Digest has embedded hyperlinks for navigation convenience and easy access to more information on major topics discussed.
