Dear Sir or Madam:

The purpose of this letter is to notify the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) that the final thirteen License Renewal Commitments with due dates prior to the period of extended operation have been implemented. This submittal is made pursuant to License Condition 2.F of the Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS) renewed Operating License, which requires written NRC notification of the implementation of License Renewal commitments.

NLS2013090 Page 2 of 3 In the CNS License Renewal Application (Reference 1), the Nebraska Public Power District made a number of commitments to either develop new Aging Management Programs, or to enhance existing ones, as revised under subsequent correspondence. In Appendix A of the Safety Evaluation Report Related to the License Renewal of Cooper Nuclear Station (Reference 2), these were itemized in tabular form. The following commitments from that table have been implemented.
