Southern Nuclear Operating Company (Southern Nuclear) last submitted a five-year resubmission of its Certificate Pertaining to Foreign Interests on June 1, 2017.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 95.17(a)(1 ), Southern Nuclear is notifying you of an update to Southern Nuclear's foreign ownership, control, or influence (FOCI) certificate. Specifically, Southern Nuclear is updating the Owners, Officers, Directors, and Executive Personnel (OODEP)
Attachment to reflect that Thomas A. Vehec has been elected as an officer with the company, effective April 16, 2018.
Please note that the enclosure contains personally identifiable information. Southern Nuclear therefore requests that the enclosure be withheld from public disclosure.in accordance with the provisions of 1 O CFR 2.390(a)(6).
