Dear Sir,
In preparation for the Indian Point Unit 2 Reactor Operator and Senior Reactor Operator initial licensing examinations, scheduled to start on February 10, 2014, Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Entergy) is providing the enclosed Reactor Operator and Senior Reactor Operator Examinations to Mr. David Silk of your staff. The examinations are being provided in accordance with the instructions of NUREG-1021, "Operator Licensing Examination Standards for Nuclear Power Reactors," Rev 9.
In accordance with 10 CFR 55.49 and the Examination Security and Integrity Considerations in Examiner Standard ES-201, Attachment 1, the attached materials should be withheld from public disclosure until after the examinations are complete.
