Farley Nuclear Plant - Units 1 and 2 Request for NRC 95002 Inspection Schedule Ladies and Gentlemen:
On November 11,2007, the NRC staff issued the "Assessment Follow-up Letter Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant." This NRC letter documented Unit 1 and 2 being in the Degraded Cornerstone column of the NRC's Action Matrix and advised that the NRC should be notified when SNC is ready for the NRC to review the actions taken to address each of the issues described in the NRC letter.
SNC is requesting that the NRC perform this supplemental inspection (Inspection Procedure 95002) over the two consecutive weeks beginning June 2, 2008.
This letter contains no NRC commitments. If you have any questions, please advise.
