A-7 This letter is to infonn you that Central Iowa Power Cooperative (CIPCO), representing ownership shares of 20 % of the Duane Arnold Energy Center, plans to change trustee for the Decommissioning Trust from Wells Fargo Bank NA to Citicorp Trust Bank, fsb. The reason for this change is to facilitate an improved fee schedule as well as administration of the trust assets. This notification is for informational purposes only since there will be no disbursement of funds involved with this transfer of trustee.
There are no new commitments made in this letter.
