Dear Mr. Harper:
By letter dated February 20, 2025 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML25056A322), Westinghouse Electric Company submitted the subject white paper for U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff review. The white paper describes the Probabilistic Risk Assessment strategy for the AP300' Small Modular Reactor. A pre-submittal meeting was held on October 31, 2024 (ML24324A078).
The proprietary enclosure to this letter provides the staffs feedback and observations for Westinghouse to consider in a subsequent application.
