Purpose:
For the Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff and NextEra representatives to discuss a proposed LAR permanently modifying the Seabrook licensing basis for the Reserve Auxiliary Transformers (RATs) and Unit Auxiliary Transformers (UATs), using a deterministic approach with risk insights and demonstrating GDC 17 compliance.
