REVISION 25 OF CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE NO. 9235 FOR THE MODEL NO. NAC-STC PACKAGE
Dear Heath Baldner:
By application dated November 30, 2023 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession No. ML23345A152), NAC International, Inc. (NAC) requested consolidation of the safety analysis report associated with Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No.
9235, for the Model No. NAC-STC package and a renewal of the CoC for another 5-year term.
The approval constitutes authority to use the package for shipment of radioactive material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Section 71.17, General License: NRC-Approved Package and 49 CFR 173.471.

CONDITIONS The following changes have been made to the Certificate:
Condition 3(a) was revised to reflect the applicants new address.
Condition 3(b) was revised to reflect the date of this consolidated application.
Condition 15 was revised to allow use of the previous certificates for a period of time.
Condition 16 was revised to allow use of the CoC for a 5-year period.
The consolidated application date was added to the REFERENCES section.
CONCLUSION These changes do not affect the ability of the package to meet the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 71.
