OF THE OCTOBER 28, 2022, CLOSED MEETING TO DISCUSS THE RADIANT INDUSTRIES BUSINESS AND LICENSING PLANS On October 28, 2022 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. (ADAMS) ML22279A975), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff held a closed meeting to discuss Radiant Industries proprietary business and licensing plans for its reactor design. The meeting slides used by Radiant Industries during the meeting are in ADAMS but are non-publicly available because the document contains proprietary information. and 2 contain the list of meeting attendees and the NRC staffs meeting notes (proprietary), respectively.
