2 1 P R O C E E D I N G S 2* COMMISSIONER GILINSKY: We need to take a vote to 3 hold a short notice meeting,on the Memorandum and Order on the 4 USC Petition. All in favor of a short notice meeting?

5 CHAIRMAN HENDRIE: Aye.

6 COMMISSIONER BRADFORD: Aye.

7 COMMISSIONER GILINSKY: Aye.

8 COMMISSIONER KENNEDY: Aye.

9 COMMISSIONER GILINSKY: Why don't we vote to take 10 up the question of the approval of the Memorandum and Order 11 of the USC Petition. All in favor 12 COMMISSIONER BRADFORD: Aye.

13 COMMISSIONER GILINSKY: Aye.

14 CHAIRMAN HENDRIE: I have approve; I s.o move.

15 COMMISSIONER KENNEDY: Aye.

16 (Reporter's Note: The Memorandum and Order on 17 the USC Petition which is the subject of the above vote 18 relates to a paper which was circulated on April 12, 1978 19 to the Commissioners and staff.)
