The purpose of this modification is to revise the contracts price schedule for Option Year 4 to add in CLIN 4017 for the DiSC Assessment. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
- 1) Section PRICE SCHEDULE, Option Year 4 is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
Option Year 4: September 1, 2020 - August 31, 2021
- Loaded Hourly Rates - The fixed price hourly rate listed is loaded and shall include the following: salary cost or consulting fee of the individual providing services; payroll costs (fringe benefit, FICA etc.) Indirect costs applicable to labor and profit or fee, if any.
All other terms and conditions of this contract remain unchanged.
