31310019D0001 P00004 The purpose of this contract modification is to: 1) exercise option year two in accordance with contract clause C.11 52.217-9 OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT (MAR 2000), thereby extending the period of performance through March 31, 2022; and 2) revise the Contracting Officers Representative to Carla Roque-Cruz. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
- 1) Clause B.3 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
This contract shall commence on 04/01/2019 and will expire on 03/31/2022.
Base Period: 04/01/2019 - 03/31/2020 Option Year 1: 04/01/2020 - 03/31/2021 (exercised)
Option Year 2: 04/01/2021 - 03/31/2022 (*being exercised)
