ABNORMAL OCCURRENCE AND "OTHER EVENTS OF INTEREST" INPUT FOR THE SECOND QUARTER FISCAL YEAR 1998

in the memorandum " Request for Abnormal Occurrence and 'Other Events of interest' Input for the Second Quarter Fiscal Year 1998," dated April 23,1998 (Attached), the Office for Analysis and Evaluation of Operational Data (AEOD) has requested write-ups for events that may be reportable as Abnormal Occurrences or"Other Events of Interest." The Division of Industrial and Medical Nuclear Safety will coordinate the response to AEOD for the Office.
Please, e-mail input to Gary Purdy (GWP1), of my staff, by 5/18/1998.
