In Reference (a), Bahimore Gas and Electric Company stated that we had identified 311 outliers during h
implementation of the USI A-46 program. For the 35 that were not resolved, we stated that we planned to resolve them by July 31, 1998. Further, we stated that the schedule to resolve them would be consistent with their safety significance, and that they would be resolved on a routine basis as plant conditions permit.
With the excegion of three outliers, all of the outliers have been resolved. The remaining three outliers will be resolved as part of planned modifications to the plant heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. These modifications will be completed by the end of the 2001 Refueling Outage which is currently scheduled for Spring 2001. Note that these modifications are different from those associated with resolution of Control Room habitability issues (Reference b). In Reference (c), we informed the 9808200113 900813 PDR ADOCK 05000317 p
