On May 7,1998, the subject modification was issued informing you that due to the December 4,1997, expiration of this contract, we were initiating closecut action. This letter further informed you that pending completion of all required closeout requirements, it was necessary to deobligate $616,546.20 in excess funds remaining under this contract for other immediate l

agency requirements. However, a review of Our records reflect that this modification was incorrect and should have read $331,007.04. Therefore, enclosed for your review and execution are three (3) signed copies of the subject modification deobligating excess funds in the amount of $331,007.04 which replaces the original Modification No. 6 that was mailed to you on May,7,1998.

Please have an appropriate official sign all three (3) copies and return two (2) copies to the address below within ten (10) days from date of this letter. You should retain one (1) fully executed copy for your files.
