Dear Mr. Davis:
. Reference (a) provided our request to re-evaluate the application of the Notice of Violation in Inspection Report Nos. 50-456/87-026 and 50-457/87-026 to Braidwood Unit 2.
In that letter a reference was incorrectly made to 10 CFR 50.49.
The correct reference should have been to 10 CFR 50.47, This information is being provided to you so that you may update your records, accordingly. Please accept our apology for any inconvenience this may have cause you.
