I would like to request, pursuant to the Freedom of Informa- l tion Act, a copy of the November 24, 1969 report to the ACRS I prepared by the Division of Reactor Licensing concerning the CP i review of Long Island Lighting Company's Shoreham plant, Docket No. 1 50-322. The report was prepared for use at the ACRS' ll6th meet- )

ing, December 11-13, 1969. l I, with assistance from PDR personnel, have not been able to find this report in the PDR, nor would I have expected it to be put there back in the 1960s. I also understand it would not be found in the ACRS' current files. I would expect it to be located only in Central Files.

I am enclosing a copy of the 50-322 record log sheet from the PDR that shows the transmittal letter for the report to better identify the subject of this request.
