Modification No. 6. Task Order No. 301, entitled. " Assist VATESI in Developing New Lithuanian Nuclear Safety Norms and Standards and in Preparing Ignalina Specific Inspection Guidance" Under Contract No. NRC 03-95 026 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance of the task order to March 31. 1998, at no extra cost to the Government.

Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified:

The third paragraph, first sentence. is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:

" Task Order number 301 shall be in effect from Decem W 1. 1995 through March 31, 1998."

' The issuance of this modification does not amend any terms or conditions of the subject task order.

Please indicate your acceptance of this task order by having an official bio is authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document in the spaces provides below and return two copies to the Contract Specialist.

You should retain the third copy for your records.
