Dear Mr. Petersen:
This is in response to your letter which we received on February 5,1986, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of the successful proposal submitted in response to Request for Proposal RS-0IE-85-162.
In a telephone conversation between you and David Meyer of my staff on February 27, 1986, you agreed to accept a nonproprietary version of the successful proposal. The proposal you requested, as described on the enclosed appendix, is now available for public inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) in file F01A-86-68 under your name.
Enclosed also is a copy of a notice which explains the procedures and charges for obtaining records from the PDR.
