Enclosed are two copies of Limerick Generating Station Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure EP-252, Rev. 7. This procedure is submitted per regulations in 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, Section V.

Pursuant to Section 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, it is hereby requested that the telephone numbers listed in procedure EP-252, Rev. 7 page 12 be withheld from public disclosure. An affidavit setting forth the grounds in support of this request is attached hereto.

Two copies have been sent under separate cover to the Document Control Desk.

2. The part of the Document which is sought to be withheld from public disclosure is the listing of the telephone numbers of emergency response support organizations.

3. To the best of his knowledge, information and belief, the telephone numbers set forth in the Document have been treated as confidential information and have been withheld from,public

disclosure by the Company.

'4. The telephone numbers in the Document should be

. considered by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission as confidential and proprietary information and be withheld from public disclosure on the grounds that disclosure of the telephone numbers of the emergency support organizations could adversely

affect the capability of prompt notification response and transmittal of necessary information in the event of an
