CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION FOR CHANGE IN LICENSE CONDITION DATED, APRIL 1,1987 By letter dated April 1, 1987, Westinghouse Electric Corporation submitted an amendment request for leak test requirements for sealed plutonium sources for License No. SNM-1107. These changes are strictly procedural in nature and will not compromise environmental protection. There is no significant increase in the potential for or consequences from radiological accidents. Therefore, in accordance with 10 CFR 51.22(c)(11), neither an Environmental Assessment nor an Environmental Impact Statement is warranted for this proposed action.
