Gentlemen:
Georgia Power Company's letter of January 27, 1987 requested expedited issuance of Plant Hatch Unit 1 Technical Specification changes l
pertaining to snubber operability criteria.
This letter serves to correct certain information supplied in the request for expedited issuance.
i' The subject letter states that a snubber inspection outage was entered on November 28, 1986 at Plant Hatch Unit 1.
The subject outage actually commenced on November 14, 1986.
The Unit was returned to L
service on November 21, 1986.
Therefore, the November 20, 1986 Technical j
Specification change submittal was made concurrent with the snubber inspection outage, and not subsequent to the outage, as stated in the letter.
The clock for the snubber re-inspection started November 18, 1986, and will expire February 5,1987, as stated.
