MODIFICATION NO. 6 TO TASK ORDER NO.1 UNDER CONTRACT NO.
NRC-04-97-039 The purpose of this task order modification is to correct the amount indicated as obligated from Modification No. 5. The correct amount should be $64,000. Accordingly, the task orderis modified as follows: The task order ceiling remains $1,089,043 of which $1,017,797 represents the estimated cost and $71,246 represents the fixed fee. The amount of funds obligated by modification no. 4 (and as corrected by mod 5) is hereby corrected to $64,000 vice $63,635.
This corrects the total funde obligated on this task order to $1,006,843.59 of which $940,975.10 represents funds for the estimated cost and $65,868.49 represents funds for the fixed fee.
