.. 1 Whereas, the parties mutually agreed to the amount of $499,421.00 to cover reimbursable costs only, and as further agreed, established a maximum award fee pool of $49,942.10 for this action, Now therefore, the subject contract is hereby revised to reflect changes associated with the issuance of this task order, and other non-associated

-changes.

I.

Article 3.1, Estimated Cost and Award Fee, Paragraphs 1, 2, and 4 of Section 3.0 are hereby deleted in their entirety and the following revised paragraphs 1, 2, and 4 are substituted in lieu thereof:

1.

The estimated cost to the Government for all allowable costs and award fee shall not exceed $7,558,295.21 for performance of this contract.

Note: This increases the ceiling of $7,008,932.11 established in Modification No. 27 by $549,363.10.

2.

The contractor shall be reimbursed for all allowable costs incurred, and accepted by the Contracting Officer, not to exceed the estimated amount of $6,878,674.11. This amount is inclusive of the $499.421.00 which covers reimbursable costs only for Task Order No. 24.

3.

Total funds currently available for payment and allotted to this contract are $7,020,245.88 of which $6,483,633.11 represents reimbursable costs and of which $536,612.77 represents available award fee through May 31, 1986.

For further provisions of funding, see General Provision No. 5.2 entitled " Limitation of Funds" and Article 5.11 entitled " Incremental Funding."

Note:

1) Total funds available for paynent through Modification No. 27 were $6,560,245.88.

This figure is therefore increased by $460,000.00.

Likewise, the figure of

$6,023,633.11 appearing in Modification No. 27 and representing reimbursable costs has been increased by

$460,000.00. Available award fee remains unchanged at

$536,612.'77.

2) The amount of $460,000.00 in incremental funding is obligated under the following FIN Numbers:

$360,000.00 (FIN No. D1344), and $100,000.00 (FIN No. B8011).
