In my letter of May 16, 1988, I assured you that the Commission would keep you informed on the status of the investigation pertaining to the Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant.

On September 28, 1988, the Office of Investigations (01) concluded its interviews of the Alabama Power Company ,

management employees, who were accompanied by their attorney.
