2. The Shift Foreman has determined that the reactor is to be brought to Cold Shutdown using Alternative Safe Shutdown .

4 PLACE Reactor Water Level ' NORMAL / LOCAL' switch,1-B21-CS-3345 4 at the Remote Shutdown Panel, to the ' LOCAL' position to make level indicator 1821-LI-R604BX operable.

, 5. IF Diesel Generator operation is required. THEN BLOCK OPEN Tfesel Generator Building doors, as indicated on Attachment 1, to establish ventilation for Diesel Generator operations.

d. IF 1-E11-F009 is required to be Closed, THl:N PLACE tiie Close/Off/Open ASSD Feed Keylock switci in the CLOSE position, at MCC 1XD compartment DX5.
12. WHEN the Shift Foreman determines:
a. Diesel Generator Building doors that were R'51 opened / blocked open for Diesel Generator ventilation are no longer required to be open, THEN fr.tJ RESTORE all Diesel Generator Building doors that W were opened on Attachment 1 to the closed position.
