By "LR-N970537, Forwards Revs 1 & 2 of HCGS Cycle 7/Reload 6 COLR, NFS-0145, IAW [[TS" contains a listed "[" character as part of the property label and has therefore been classified as invalid..9|letter dated August 26,1997]], as supplemented April 24,1998, and September 24,1998, Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) applied for an amendment to the Hope Creek Generating Station Operating Ucense, No. NPF-57. The proposed change would have modified the facility technical specifications pertaining to the Filtration, Recirculation and Ventilation System (FRVS) surveillance testing requirements. Subsequently, by letter dated December 21,1998, PSE&G withdrew the amendment request.
The Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to Facility Operating License with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
