Under the provisions of 10CFR95.15, it is requested approval be granted for revision of the UNC-NP Facility Security Plan as indicated on the enclosed revised pages.

To reduce the time necessary for NRC staff review of our requested plan changes, all revisions have been high-lighted.

I understand that, in accordance with 10CFR 170, UNC Naval Products will be billed for the actual time necessary for NRC staff review of this requiest.

Attached are five (5) copies of the revised index and affected pages.
