Dear Mr. Papanic:
The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.110 to Facility Operating License No OPR.3 for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (Yankee) in response tn your application of December 23, 1987.
The amendment revises the technical specification related to control rod position indication and corrects a minor error in the technical specifications.
A copy of our related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. A Notice of Issuance will be included in the Comissirn's, next regular biweekly Federal Register notice.
