June 22, 2020 Mr. Bryan C. Hanson Senior Vice President Exelon Generation Company, LLC President and Chief Nuclear Officer (CNO)

SUBJECT:
CALVERT CLIFFS NUCLEAR POWER PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 - CORRECTION OF LICENSE AMENDMENT NOS. 333 AND 311 FOR DELETION OF E-BAR DEFINITION AND REVISION TO REACTOR COOLANT SYSTEM SPECIFIC ACTIVITY TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS (EPID L-2019-LLA-0102)
Dear Mr. Hanson:
By letter dated February 28, 2020 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML19337D035), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued Amendment No. 333 to Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-53 and Amendment No. 311 to Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-69 for the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2 (Calvert Cliffs), respectively. The amendments were in response to the license amendment request by Exelon Generation Company, LLC dated May 6, 2019 (ADAMS Accession No. ML19127A076). The amendments revised the Calvert Cliffs, Units 1 and 2, Technical Specification (TS) requirements relating to reactor coolant system activity limits.
When these amendments were issued, the abbreviation for microcuries per gram was incorrectly written on replacement TS page 3.4.15-2. The issued replacement page incorrectly abbreviated microcuries per gram as c1/gm. The correct abbreviation is Ci/gm.
The corrected Calvert Cliffs TS page 3.4.15-2 is enclosed. Please remove current page 3.4.15-2 and insert corrected page 3.4.15-2, which is applicable to both Units 1 and 2.
The other TS pages issued as part of Amendment Nos. 333 and 331 were not affected by this error.
If you have any questions, please contact me at (301) 415-2781 or by e-mail to Michael.Marshall@nrc.gov.
Sincerely,
/RA/
