20555 Subj ec t : Authorization of SPIP Implementation Schedule Transmittal
Dear Mr. Crutchfield:
This letter is a follow-up to Mr. Rutherford's letter OG-197 dated May 10, 1988 vhich transmitted the latest Recommendation Tracking System (RTS) Report.
The B&V Ovners Group is using the RTS report as the vehicle to transmit the utility's status, plan, and schedule for implementation of the Safety and Performance Improvement Program (SPIP) recommendations. Since the plant specific information contained in the RTS is provided by each utility, ve therefore authorize the B&V0G to submit the RTS on Toledo Edison's behalf.
The RTS report may be revised, s necessary, in subsequent report updates.
