Enclosed is an application for an export license received recently by the NRC for natural uranium for conversion of U,0, to VF, at Eldorado Resources Limited in Canada. The VF will be returned to the U.S. for enrichment and ultimately for use as fuel in6 San Diego Gas & Electric nuclear power reactors.
