On June 9, 1988, a Management Meeting was held at the NRC Region I Office, King

of Prussia, Pennsylvania, to discuss the security program at Peach Bottom

Atomic Power Station Unitt 2 and 3. The meeting was attended by Mr. D. M. Smith

]i and other members of your staff and by Mr. J. M. Allan, Deputy Regional Admin- l

j istrator, myself and other members of the Region I staff. At that meeting we

di. cussed the results of Philadelphia Electric Company's 1988 Annual Security  ;

Audit for the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station and the results of Philadelphia '

Electric Company's investigation into allegations made by members of the Peach  ;

Bottom Atomic Power Station's security force (report dated April 15,1988). In .

addition, we discussed the corrective actions you have taken and plan to take  !

to prevent recurrence of security program degradations in the future. '
