EP-315, Rev. 7 (hereinaf ter referred to as "the Document"), and knows the contents thereof.

2. The part of the Document which is sought to be withheld from public disclosure is the listing of the telephone number of an emergency response support organization.

3. To the best of his knowledge, information and belief, the telephone number set forth in the Document has been treated as confidential information and has been withheld from public disclosure by the Company.

4. The telephone number in the Docume nt should be considered by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission as confidential and proprietary information and be withheld from public disclosure on the grounds that disclosure of the telephone number of the emergency support organization could adversely af feet th e J

i capability of prompt notification response and transmittal of necessary information in the event of an emergency; such disclosure is not required in the public interest; and such disclosure could adversely af feet the interests of the Company and its ability to ef fectively implement the notification requirements of the Emergency Plan Procedures.
