TRANSFER OF FILES TO THE STATE OF MASSACHUSETTS 4
This is in reference to the transfer of the Division of Waste Managements files to the State of Massachusetts. The State of Massachusetts is becoming an Agreement state and must have these files by March 14, 1997. The State will become responsible for these files. The original files should be boxed and a listing developed of the files that are in the box. The listing and boxes should be delivered to Kim Randall no later than February 28,1997.
