SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-416/96-19
Dear Mr. Hutchinson:
An NRC inspection was conducted November 4-7,1996, at your Grand Gulf Nuclear
Station reactor facility. The enclosed report presents the scope and results of that
inspection.
This routine, announced inspection focused upon your radiation protection activities during
the refueling outage. We determined that you have implemented an effective radiation -
protection program, but additional attention is needed for housekeeping and contamination
control practices.
