USEC PRIVATIZATION ACT - CONFORMING CHANGES This is to advise you that the Commission has not objected to your approval of the Rulemaking Plan and the development of a direct final rule.
The staf. should change the third paragraph under " Current rule requirements" to read, uranium enrichment facilities, except for the two gaseous diffusion plants, are also required to have a license...."
