This refers to the routine inspection conducted by Mr. D. J. Vito and others
on September 17-20, 1985, of activities authorized by NRC License No. DPR-66
and to the discussions of our findings held by Mr. Vito with you and others of
your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.

Areas examined during this inspection included observation of your September
19, 1985, emergency exercise and other areas as described in the NRC Region I
Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the
inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative
records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspectors.
No violations were identified. No reply to 'this letter is required. Your
cooperation with us is appreciated.
