Subject:
Modification No. 3 to Task Order No. 301 entitled. " Assist VATESI in Developing New Lithuanian Nuclear Safety Norms and Standards and in Preparing Ignalina Specific Inspection Guidance" Under Contract No. NRC-03-95-026 The purpose of this modification is to modify the statement of work to include the additional effort described in the attached 50W: increase the ceiling in the task order by $10.304.00 from $259.937.00 to $270.241.00: increase the amount funded in the task order by $$10.000.00 from $259.937.00 to $269.937.00 and add the Foreign Travel Clause into the task order.
Accordingly, the subject task order is hereby modified to add the following:

Paragraph 3. second sentence beginning with "The total cost..
. as modified in Modification No. 2. is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
i "The total cost ceiling is $270.241.00, of which the sum of $259.823.00 represents reimbursable costs and the sum of $10.418.00 represents the fixed fee. "

This task order modification obligates funds in the amount of
$10,000.00. Accounting data for this task order modification is as follows:
