ORDER (Granting CCLC Motion For Extension Of Time)
On June 27, 1985, Concerned Citizens of Louisa County filed a motion requesting a seven-day estension of time, from July 1 to July 8, within which to file its proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law.
Licensee and the NRC Staff do not object.
CCLC's motion is granted. The Staff shall file its proposed findings, conclusions of law and brief by July 18.
The Licensee shall respond to CCLC's proposed findings on July 18 and respond to the Staff's proposed findings on July 26.
