Boards and Parties:
We apologize for our oversight in omitting tables of contents from our motion,of January 15, 1985 and any inconveniences you and your staff may have experienced.
The conflicting information provided by your counsel concerning the appropriate course of appeal must, however, be. mentioned as it considerably delayed us diminishing our resources in filing an appeal.
We,were not able to determine our course of action until J anuary 7 because of the surprise Mr. Malsch's letter of December. 28, 1981+ provided.
This left only 8 da'ys until the deadline requested in our motion for an extension of time.
The various attachments to the motion were-fastened in a manner which should have served to mitigat'e confusion due to the length of the document, however the tables of contents, now provided, should further serve that purpose.
