1984 POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 .

This errata replaces pages 2, 3 and 4 of the Annual Results and. Data Report with the attached pages.

3.0 FACILITY CHANGES, TESTS, AND EXPERIMENTS

(] 3.1 Amendments to Facility Operating Licenses During the year 1984, there were 6 license amendments issued by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission to Facility Operating License DPR-24 for Point Beach Nuclear Plant Unit 1 and 7 license amendments issued for Facility Operating License DPR-27 for Point Beach Unit 2.

These license amendments are listed by date of issuance and are sum-marized as follows:

3.1.1 02-02-84, Amendment 82 to DPR-24, Amendment 86 to DPR-27 These amendments clarify the limiting conditions for oper-

. ation of steam generators and other decay heat removal equipment to indicate that these are only applicable when fuel is loaded in the core.

3.1.2 04-06-84, Amendment 83 to DPR-24, Amendment 87 to DPR-27 These amendments revise the surveillance interval for evaluating the integrity of post-accident recovery systems outside containment from " yearly" to "each refueling cycle."

3.1.3 04-30-84, Amendment 84 to DPR-24. Amendment 88 to DPR-27 These amendments provide limiting conditions for operation g relating to instrument power supply system equipment upgrades t currently underway at Point Beach. These included installation of two additional station batteries. These specifications were scheduled to become effective when the installation was complete but no later than December 31, 1984.

3.1.4 09-21-84, Amendment 85 to DPR-24, Amendment 89 to DPR-27 These amendments revise the Technical Specifications to achieve consistency with the reporting requirements of 10 CFR 50.73 which became effective January 1,1984.

3.1.5 10-05-84, Amendment 86 to DPR-24, Amendment 90 to DPR-27 These amendments revise the Technical Specifications to allow the use of Westinghouse Optimized Fuel Assemblies at Point Beach.

3.1.6 11-16-84, Amendment 91 to DPR-27 This amendment incorporates additions to the Overtemperature delta T and the Overpower delta T equations of Specifications 15.2.3.1B(4) and (5) respectively to accommodate the use of Rosemont RTDs.

3.1.7 12-27-84, Amendment 87 to DPR-24, Amendment 92 to DPR-27 These amendments changed the effective date of the Technical Specifications issued with license amendments 84 and 88 (see 3.1.3 above) to no later than March 1, 1985.

3.2 Facility or Procedure Changes Requiring Nuclear Regulatory Comission Approval There were no plant modifications or procedure changes during 1984 beyond those authorized with license amendments as noted previously, which required Nuclear Regulatory Comission approval.

3.3 Tests or Experiments Requiring Nuclear Regulatory Comission Approval There were no tests or experiments at Point Beach Nuclear Plant in 1984 which required Nuclear Regulatory Comission approval.
