This letter conveys our response regarding two notices of violation cited in your letter of October 24, 1984.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR Part 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Act of 1954, as amended. Therefore, the material with the exception of this letter should not be placed in the Public Document Room.
