In accordance with 10CFR50.54(p) Entergy Operations herewith files Revision 20 to the Physical Security Plan.
This revision implements 10CFR73.56 and replaces existing access cuthorization requirements with a commitment to the requirements of the NRC pre-approved Regulatory Guide 5.66, Unescorted Access Authorization for Nuclear Power Plants. -Entergy Operations has evaluated the revision and determined that it does not decrease the effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan. The revision was approved by the Plant Safety Review' Committee on April 14, 1992.
An original and three copies of Revision 20 is enclosed in a separate package.- The material in the separate package contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10CFR73.21 and the disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. Therefore, the material marked Safeguards Information must be withheld from public disclosure. Please destroy or return the pages of the plan currently in your possession which are replaced by this submittal.
