In the Matter of ) Docket Nos. 50-327 Tennessee Valley Authority ) 50-328 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, we are enclosing 40 copies of a requested amendment to the operating license, DPR-77 and DPR-79, to change the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant units 1 and 2 technical specifications (T/S). The proposed changes are provided in Enclosure 1. This proposed amendment revises the radiological effluent specifications, and the specifications for the nuclear review and audit group (Nuclear Safety Staff), incorporates changes in the organization specifications and revises the specification for ISEG. The justification for these changes is provided in Enclosure 2.
Enclosed is a check for the $150 license amendment application fee required by 10 CFR 170.12.
This requested amendment has been evaluated pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92 and no significant hazards considerations are involved.
