B 3/4 6-4 Replaced the sentence which states, "At no time should the OPERABLE door be opened if it cannot be demonstrated that the inoperable door is sufficiently closed / latched such that it could inadvertently open while the OPERABLE door is opened." with the following two sentences: "At no time should the OPERABLE door be opened if it cannot be demonstrated that the inoperable door is sufliciently closed / latched. This verification is necessary to preclude an inadvertent opening of the inoperable door while the OPERABLE door is open."
