Dear Sir:

In References (c) and (d), we filed Interim 10CFR50.55(e) Reports regarding a deficiency in the structural design of the reinforced concrete walls separating pump cells in the Category I Service Water and Circulating kster Pumphouse. The following information is being filed pursuant to the interim reporting provision of 10CFR50.55(e)(3).

The required structural modifications for the circulating water portion of the Pumphouse have been completed. The required structural modifications for the service water portion of the Pumphouse are underway and are scheduled to be completed by October 30, 1983. We plan to submit a final report on this
