Dear Mr. Burton:
This is in response to your letter of January 31, 1984, which requested additional docu;r.entation concerning the partial transfer of permit responsibility.
On Deccaber 21, 1983, 11.62, of the horth Anna Power Station, Units 1 and 2, were transferreo to tne Old Dominion Electric Cooperative.
The Company requests that our pertaits (HPDES No. VA0052451 and the 401 Certificate dateo February 11,1972) be modified to reflect this partial transfer.
A copy of the Assigtsment Agree.nent dated Deceitber 8,1983, and signea by both parties, is enclosed. Also attached are the pages of Appendix A which list those state ano federal permits affected.
